If you have ever wondered about the proper way to hold Yampa umbrellas, then we have the tips to help make you successful. Tip #1 - Get a firm grip on your Colorado umbrella handle. You will want the palm of your hand to be firmly rested against the Yampa umbrella grip to provide a secure and firm hold. Tip #2 - Hold your umbrella at a 180 degree straight angle, so it is pointed straight in the Yampa sky. If there are wind gusts, then you will want to adjust your Colorado umbrella angle accordingly. Tip #3 - If wind gusts are more than 20 mph, you will want to close your Yampa umbrella, as there is a chance it will not be able to handle very strong Yampa winds (even with fiberglass ribs). Also, in strong Yampa wind gusts, your goal should be towards seeking shelter as quickly as possible.
