If you have ever wondered about the proper way to hold Cortez umbrellas, then we have the tips to help make you successful. Tip #1 - Get a firm grip on your Colorado umbrella handle. You will want the palm of your hand to be firmly rested against the Cortez umbrella grip to provide a secure and firm hold. Tip #2 - Hold your umbrella at a 180 degree straight angle, so it is pointed straight in the Cortez sky. If there are wind gusts, then you will want to adjust your Colorado umbrella angle accordingly. Tip #3 - If wind gusts are more than 20 mph, you will want to close your Cortez umbrella, as there is a chance it will not be able to handle very strong Cortez winds (even with fiberglass ribs). Also, in strong Cortez wind gusts, your goal should be towards seeking shelter as quickly as possible.
