Often times when Charleston umbrellas get hit by the wind head on, their canopies turn inside out. The easiest way to get your Charleston umbrella canopy right side up is to find a firm surface and push the canopy into it. But, make sure you do this gently, or you could damage your West Virginia umbrella. Another common issue with Charleston umbrellas is when one of the ribs breaks through the canopy. In this instance, your best bet is to find a replacement Charleston umbrella, as you wouldn't want the exposed rib to poke someone in the eye. Overall, because of the low cost of West Virginia umbrellas, it generally makes sense to buy a new one if your rain umbrella breaks.
