If you have ever wondered about the proper way to hold Bell umbrellas, then we have the tips to help make you successful. Tip #1 - Get a firm grip on your California umbrella handle. You will want the palm of your hand to be firmly rested against the Bell umbrella grip to provide a secure and firm hold. Tip #2 - Hold your umbrella at a 180 degree straight angle, so it is pointed straight in the Bell sky. If there are wind gusts, then you will want to adjust your California umbrella angle accordingly. Tip #3 - If wind gusts are more than 20 mph, you will want to close your Bell umbrella, as there is a chance it will not be able to handle very strong Bell winds (even with fiberglass ribs). Also, in strong Bell wind gusts, your goal should be towards seeking shelter as quickly as possible.
